Refund Policy

At WP Adminify, we offer a refund if our product doesn't deliver a feature listed on its sales page. Share a valid reason and we'll process the refund.

Important note: We have a 14-day refund policy. If you qualify, you get 100% of your payment back.

If you're running into trouble with your purchased product, Reach out us through the Contact page first. Most issues we can sort out before a refund is on the table.

Refund processing time

Refunds usually clear in 3–5 business days. Weekends and holidays add a couple of days.

When you can get a refund

We accept refund requests when they're backed by a clear, valid reason. Refunds are granted only under these conditions:

The purchased product is missing a feature that was clearly listed in its description.
Our support team can't resolve a product-related issue within a reasonable timeframe.
We fail to provide the support we promised.
A confirmed security vulnerability is found in the purchased product.

When you are not eligible for a refund

You won't be eligible in these situations:

The refund request comes more than 14 days after the purchase date.
You don't share a valid reason or grant the access we need to fix the issue.
You don't give our support team enough time to resolve the issue.
The problem is caused by a third-party plugin or a conflict outside our control.
The "missing" feature was never claimed or advertised.
You changed your mind or decided to stop using the product.
You're switching to a different plugin.
You claim the purchase was made by mistake.
Tax charges, which are set by your local laws and aren't controlled by our pricing.
Auto-renewal payments, product upgrades, renewals, lifetime plans, discounted purchases, or custom project work.

Custom project payments

If you've purchased a product with custom pricing (a project price agreed on by both parties), that confirmation locks the price. Any custom project payment is non-refundable. Advance project payments are also non-refundable. By paying, you've agreed to these terms.

Warranty

WP Adminify products are provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, expressed or implied. Each product is guaranteed to function correctly when properly installed, activated, and configured on the latest stable version of WordPress.

We can't guarantee compatibility with every third-party plugin. There are too many modules and components in the WordPress ecosystem to test against all of them. We also can't guarantee every browser combination, so please confirm your browser works with our plugins.

In no event shall WP Adminify or its parent entity be liable for any damages, including direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, arising from the use of or inability to use our products.

We don't license stock images or certain TrueType fonts (TTF) that may appear in product demos. If you want to use them, purchase them from their respective owners.

All members get forum access. WP Adminify doesn't commit to monitoring the forums full-time, but we reserve the right to respond. We also reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.

How to request a refund

If you qualify and no longer want to use the plugin, submit your request through our contact page. We reply within three business days.
