The Performance section in WP Adminify provides several options to optimize and enhance your WordPress site’s performance. Below are the details and functionalities of each feature:

Disable Embeds

Description: Disable all embeds across your WordPress site, including those from REST API, Head Tag, TinyMCE Editor, and remote results.

Enable or disable the feature using the switch. When enabled, all embeds are disabled, reducing unnecessary content load.

Performance Enhancements

Description: Additional settings to enhance site performance by removing unnecessary elements.

  • Remove Dashicons from front-end for Public Visitors: Prevents loading Dashicons for users who are not logged in.
  • Remove Versions from Styles/Scripts: Strips version numbers from styles and scripts, enhancing cache efficiency.
  • Remove Gravatar Query Strings: Removes query strings from Gravatar URLs.
  • Remove All Emoji styles and scripts from head section: Disables Emoji support to reduce load.
  • Remove front end jQuery Migrate script: Disables the jQuery Migrate script for better performance.
  • Remove back end jQuery Migrate script: Disables the jQuery Migrate script in the backend, with a note that it might break some functionalities.
  • Enable Defer Parsing JS to Footer: Delays JavaScript loading to the footer to improve page load times.
  • Enable Browser Cache Expires & GZIP Compression: Enhances caching and compression for faster loading times.

Disable Gutenberg for

Clean up the Gutenberg form and templates if you prefer not to use the Gutenberg block editor.

  • Remove Backend Gutenberg Block Editor & Scripts for Entire Site: Removes all Gutenberg editor scripts and styles for the entire site, including posts, pages, and custom post types.
  • Remove Frontend Gutenberg Styles & Scripts: Removes Gutenberg-related styles and scripts from the frontend.
