Manage WP Adminify Pro
Managing your WP Adminify Pro account is simple and streamlined through the account dashboard. This section will guide you through the essential features and options available to manage your Pro license, website activations, and billing information.
1. Accessing Your Account Dashboard
To manage your WP Adminify Pro account, follow these steps:
- Log in to your WP Adminify account on the official website.
- Here, you can manage your websites, licenses, billing, and other account-related details.
2. Managing Websites
The Websites section displays all the websites linked to your WP Adminify Pro account. You can manage the activation of WP Adminify Pro on your websites from this section.
- Add Website: A website will be automatically added to this list once you install the WP Adminify plugin from the Download section on your site and activate the license key.
- Remove Website: To remove a website, simply click the Delete button next to the site you wish to remove.
- Manage Products: Under the Products column, you’ll see the list of WP Adminify and it's addons activated on each website. You can click on the product icons to manage specific settings for each product.
3. Downloading WP Adminify Pro
The Downloads section in WP Adminify Pro allows you to download and manage all the plugins and add-ons associated with your account. Here's a detailed breakdown of what you can do in this section:
A. Available Downloads
In this section, you'll see a list of all the products you're entitled to download as part of your WP Adminify Pro license. Each product entry includes the following information:
- Product Name: The specific plugin or add-on (e.g., Admin Columns Editor Add-On, Google Pagespeed Add-On, WP Adminify).
- Type: Indicates whether the product is a plugin or another resource type.
- Version Requirements: Specifies the minimum WordPress version required to run the product (e.g., WP v4.0+).
- Tested Compatibility: Displays the latest WordPress version the product has been tested with (e.g., WP v6.6.1).
B. Downloading Products
- For each product, you’ll see a blue Download button. Clicking this will initiate the download of the latest version of the plugin or add-on in .zip format, which you can manually install on your WordPress site.
- Each download button also includes the specific version of the product (e.g., Download v1.0.5), allowing you to keep track of the version you are downloading.
C. Composer Integration
- To the right of the download button, you’ll find a Composer button, which provides integration support for those using the Composer package manager to install and manage WordPress plugins.
- Clicking Composer will generate the necessary Composer package details, allowing for more efficient management and updates if you are using Composer in your development workflow.
D. Filtering and Searching
- The top of the Downloads section allows you to filter products based on categories, such as "All" or specific product types.
- You can also use the Search bar to quickly locate a specific product by typing its name or related keywords.
This Downloads section simplifies accessing all the tools and add-ons associated with your WP Adminify Pro account, ensuring that you can always download the latest versions and integrate them easily into your workflow.
4. License Management
In the Licenses section, you can view and manage your Pro license key(s).
- Activate License: If you need to activate a license, here you’ll find all your purchased WP Adminify products and their license keys.
- Renew License: If your license is close to expiration, your subscription will be automatically renewed unless you cancel the subscription. We will send you an email 15 days in advance before renewing your subscription.
5. Orders and Billing
The Renewals & Billing section provides a centralized dashboard where users can manage their subscription plans, view billing details, and handle renewals. This section is crucial for ensuring that your WP Adminify license remains active and up-to-date.
Subscription Overview:
- Displays the current ID, Product, Plan, Billing Cycle Limit, Payment Method, and Status of your subscription.
Filtering Active Subscriptions:
- At the top, you can filter subscriptions between All, Active and Cancelled subscriptions
Plan Details:
- The Product and Plan columns will show the name of the product (e.g., WP Adminify or any add-ons) and the type of subscription plan (e.g., annual, lifetime).
- You can review which specific plan you are subscribed to and check if it needs upgrading.
Billing Cycle and Payment Method:
- The Billing Cycle Limit indicates the duration of the plan (monthly, yearly, etc.) and when the next renewal is due.
- The Payment Method shows the selected payment option used for renewing the subscription (e.g., credit card, PayPal).
Subscription Status:
- The Status column will indicate whether the subscription is active, expired, or pending renewal. Keeping an eye on this will ensure you don't face any service disruptions.
This section is essential for managing your WP Adminify licenses, reviewing billing cycles, and ensuring that your payments and renewals are processed smoothly.
6. Profile Settings
In the My Profile section, you can update your personal account information, such as email, username, billing information and password. You’ll also find key information related to your account such as your user ID, public key and secret key.

If you encounter issues or have questions about your Pro account, the FAQ and Support sections provide resources and direct contact with the WP Adminify support team for assistance.
