The Productivity module in WP Adminify offers several features designed to streamline and enhance the WordPress admin experience. Here’s a breakdown of the available options and their functions:

Hide "Admin Notices"

Toggle: YES / NO

Description: This feature allows you to hide admin notices to maintain a clean and uncluttered dashboard.

Additional Options => Also, Hide for Non-Admin Users?: If enabled, admin notices will also be hidden for non-admin users.

Other Notices

Remove Welcome Panel: Disable the welcome panel displayed on the dashboard.

Remove “PHP Update Required” Notice: Hide notifications prompting for PHP updates.

Hide Core Update Notice: Suppress notifications for WordPress core updates.

Hide Plugin Update Notice: Disable notifications about plugin updates.

Hide Theme Update Notice: Prevent theme update notifications from appearing.

Disable Site Health Checks: Turn off site health check notifications.

Screen Options and Help Tab

Toggle: SHOW / HIDE

Description: Manage the visibility of the Screen Options and Help tabs in the WordPress admin area.

Additional Options:

  • Hide Screen Options => Hide the “Screen Options” tab.
  • Hide Help Tab => Hide the “Help” tab.

Folders

Toggle: SHOW / HIDE

Description: Enable folders for organizing posts, pages, and custom post types.

Enable Media Folders => YES / NO

Description: Allow folders for organizing media files.

Admin Pages

Toggle: YES / NO

Description: Create custom admin pages that can support all page builders, including Gutenberg, Elementor, Bricks, Oxygen, and Divi.

When you enable this option, you will get another option called “Admin Page” under WP Adminify. Just navigate to this “Admin Page” option and create new admin page.

Post Types Order

Toggle: SHOW / HIDE

Description: Enable the ordering of posts and pages to improve productivity.

Options:

  • Sortable Post Types: Select post types for sorting (Posts, Pages).
  • Sortable Media Files: YES / NO

Description: Enable sorting for media files in the list view.

Sortable Taxonomies:

  • Categories
  • Tags
  • Link Categories
  • Pattern Categories

Custom Admin Columns

Toggle: SHOW / HIDE

Options:

  • Show Post Thumbnails Column
  • Show Post/Page ID Column
  • Show “Comment ID” Column for Comments
  • Show “Last Login” Column for Users
  • Show “Taxonomy ID” Column for all possible types of taxonomies

Media Settings

Toggle: SHOW / HIDE

Description: Configure media attachment settings.
