How to rebrand WP Adminify plugin for your agency?
WP Adminify's "WP Adminify" Branding section allows you to customize and rebrand the plugin to suit your agency’s needs. This is especially useful if you're managing client sites and want to maintain a consistent brand image throughout the WordPress dashboard. Follow these steps to rebrand WP Adminify with your agency's identity:
1. Access “WP Adminify” Branding Settings in WP Adminify
To get started, log in to your WordPress dashboard:
- Navigate to WP Adminify > White Label > “WP Adminify” Branding..
2. Upload Your Agency’s Logo
To add your agency's logo to WP Adminify:
- Click the Add Logo Image button under the Light Logo option.
- Select or upload your agency’s logo from the WordPress media library.
This logo will replace the default WP Adminify logo in the admin area.
3. Customize Plugin Name and Description
You can change the name and description of WP Adminify to reflect your agency:
- In the Plugin Name field, enter your agency’s name or a custom name for the plugin.
- In the Plugin Description field, add a description that suits your agency’s branding.
For example, you could use a custom message like "Powered by [Your Agency Name]" to personalize it further.
4. Modify the Menu Label
Next, customize the label of the WP Adminify menu:
- In the Menu Label field, enter a custom label that will be shown in the WordPress dashboard menu. This can be your agency’s name or another brand-related term.
5. Add a Custom Plugin URL
You can replace the default WP Adminify URL with your agency’s website:
- Enter your agency's URL in the Plugin URL field.
This will redirect users to your agency’s site when they click on the plugin name or logo.
6. Hide All Meta Links from the Plugin Row
To further clean up the branding, you can choose to hide all WP Adminify meta links in the plugin row:
- Toggle the Hide All Row Meta Links option to YES.
This removes links such as Upgrade, Opt-In, and Settings from the plugin row in the WordPress plugins list.
7. Remove Action Links (Optional)
You can also remove specific action links related to WP Adminify:
- Under Remove Action Links, select which action links you want to remove (e.g., Upgrade, Activate/Change License, Settings, etc.).
This ensures a cleaner appearance and eliminates unnecessary options for users.
8. Enable Force Disable "White Label" Option (Advanced)
If you want to lock in your white label settings permanently:
- Check the Enable Force Disable "White Label" Options box.
9. Save Your Changes
After making all the necessary adjustments:
- Scroll down and click Save Settings to apply your rebranding changes.
